Dog Sledding

Dog Sledding
Enjoy a crisp and refreshing adventure at the edge of the arctic! Feel the rush of adrenaline as you mush across the tundra, and maneuver through the boreal forest!

Spend some time in the dog yard and get to know the dogs, these friendly and energetic dogs before hitting the open trail with them.

Dogs have always played an important role in Churchill and Manitoba's history.  They have been critical to the transportation of mail and greatly aided fur traders.  Dog sledding was the most efficient way to travel in the winter months, and is now a labour of love.

If your interested in dog-sledding and are planning to visit us in the warmer months, contact a musher about dog carting!
